DrawPermit is operated by EMBE LABS LLC. It prepares drawings from information you enter: your address, the county's parcel record where available, the positions and sizes you place, and your project details. You are the applicant and you are responsible for checking every dimension against your property before you submit.

DrawPermit is not an engineering or architecture firm and does not seal drawings. Deck drawings follow the prescriptive provisions of the International Residential Code as adopted by your city and are meant for owner-applicants where local law allows them.

Parcel maps are approximate. Where the recorded plat or a survey differs, the plat or survey governs.

Payment is taken once per set. Refunds follow the refund policy.
