If the plan reviewer asks for a change to the drawing, open your order page, edit the drawing and download the new revision. That's free for 30 days after purchase. If a comment needs something the editor can't do, or the 30 days have passed, forward it to team@embelabs.xyz with your order number and we revise the set at no charge.

If your city still won't accept the drawing because of something in our drawing, we refund the full price. Tell us within 90 days of purchase.

We can't refund a set when the project itself is rejected for reasons the drawing doesn't control, such as zoning, an HOA, or a design outside what the code allows owners to draw.
